This document sets out the legally binding terms under which jitawen provides its online gaming services to registered players in Bangladesh. Please read the full agreement before creating an account or placing any bets.
By accessing jitawen, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Section 1
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jitawen ("we", "us", "the Platform", "jitawen") governing your access to and use of the jitawen online gaming platform, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment systems, promotional offers, and customer support facilities.
By visiting jitawen, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or contest offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
jitawen is an English-language online gaming platform serving adult players across Bangladesh. The Platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, video slots, fishing arcade games, and other gaming products provided by certified third-party game studios. jitawen operates as an intermediary platform connecting players to these certified gaming products; it does not independently develop or modify game content, RNG systems, or payout algorithms.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between jitawen and each registered user. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
jitawen reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered users via the Platform's notification system or via email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Agreement Summary
These Terms apply to all registered accounts, all devices used to access jitawen, and all transactions (deposits, wagers, bonus claims, and withdrawals) conducted through the Platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where accessing the service is permitted.
Section 2
Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to jitawen is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
jitawen employs age verification procedures during the registration process. We may request documentary evidence of age — such as a copy of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Age verification may be requested at registration, before a first withdrawal, or at any time we have reasonable grounds to believe an account holder may be under 18.
Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited to such an account will be returned via the original payment method where technically possible, net of any winnings generated during the period of underage use. Winnings accrued on an underage account are not payable under any circumstances.
In addition to age requirements, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to maintain a valid jitawen account:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent).
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or close family member of an employee of jitawen or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.
- You must not already hold another active account on jitawen. One account per person is strictly enforced.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on jitawen or on any other gaming platform that shares self-exclusion data with jitawen.
jitawen reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Accepted ID Documents
National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate are the primary forms of age and identity verification accepted by jitawen. Documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by jitawen — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are required to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account.
Each individual may hold only one (1) account on jitawen. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jitawen reserves the right to close all associated accounts, merge balances at its sole discretion, and void any bonuses or winnings generated on secondary accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jitawen will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any transaction conducted using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via the live chat or at support@jitawen.
You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members. Allowing a third party to use your account — whether for deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Account Currency
All accounts on jitawen are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are all displayed and processed in BDT. jitawen does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees as per their standard schedules.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
jitawen operates a Know Your Customer process in line with responsible gaming and platform security standards. Full KYC verification — which may include proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation — may be required before any withdrawal above ৳50,000 BDT is processed. KYC requests will be communicated via your registered email address. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
One Account Per Person
Maintaining more than one jitawen account is a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically. All associated bonuses and winnings on secondary accounts will be voided.
BDT Native Wallet
Your account balance is held entirely in Bangladeshi Taka with no hidden conversion layers. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard are all credited at the BDT face value of the transaction.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
jitawen accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits per transaction are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. All deposits are credited to your account in BDT at the full face value of the transaction with no platform-side deduction.
Deposits are generally credited within minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases involving network delays, credit may take up to 60 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared in your account balance within 2 hours of a confirmed payment, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by jitawen within the following indicative timeframes:
- Mobile Wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): 5–30 minutes from approval
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank): 1–3 business days
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account where technically possible. This policy is in place to reduce fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering best practices. jitawen reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals at its sole discretion.
Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in the account cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. These limits may differ by payment method. jitawen may, at its discretion, temporarily reduce withdrawal limits or request additional verification for high-value withdrawal requests.
Funds Not Used for Gambling
jitawen is a gaming platform, not a bank or financial institution. Your account balance is intended for use in games and betting markets on the Platform. We do not pay interest on account balances. Funds held on the Platform are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Players are encouraged to withdraw unused funds regularly rather than holding large balances on the Platform for extended periods.

bKash · Nagad · Rocket · Upay · Visa · Mastercard · Dutch-Bangla Bank · City Bank. All transactions denominated in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is applied at the platform level.
Withdrawal Timeframes
Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days. All times are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
Section 5
Bonus & Promotion Terms
jitawen offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing registered players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar events relevant to Bangladesh players.
Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games or betting markets, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page of jitawen and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to verified, registered players aged 18 and above only.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per device.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each offer.
- Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per offer.
- jitawen reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, its terms are fixed for the duration of the offer's validity period.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns to reduce risk while wagering bonus funds, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in voiding of bonuses and potential account closure.
Free Bets
Free bets awarded by jitawen are credited as non-withdrawable tokens. Winnings generated from a free bet are credited as real-money funds subject to a minimum wagering requirement as specified at the time of the offer. The stake value of the free bet itself is not included in any winnings paid out.
Bonus Integrity
jitawen monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse. Accounts displaying patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play during bonus wagering periods may have bonuses voided and balances reviewed in line with these Terms.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of jitawen, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of lawful recreational gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account on jitawen under any name, address, email, or device combination.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
- Attempting to gain unfair advantage through collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors or glitches, or any form of cheating.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law, while concealing your true location using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users via any jitawen communication channel.
- Reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any jitawen software, content, or intellectual property without express written consent.
- Charging back a deposit made to your jitawen account through your payment provider after using the funds for wagering, or otherwise attempting to fraudulently recover deposited amounts.
jitawen employs automated monitoring, fraud detection systems, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, jitawen may take immediate action including account suspension, balance freeze, and permanent closure without prior notice. Legal action may be pursued where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
No VPN Policy
Using a VPN or proxy service to access jitawen from a prohibited jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms. jitawen reserves the right to check connection metadata and suspend accounts where prohibited-jurisdiction access is detected.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
jitawen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- A legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.
- Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement). jitawen will send a notification to the registered email address before applying dormant account status. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will have a monthly administration fee of ৳200 BDT deducted from the balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in at jitawen and complete any pending verification steps.
Voluntary Closure
You may request voluntary closure of your jitawen account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at support@jitawen. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your last-used verified payment method after any applicable pending wager settlements and required KYC checks have been completed. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel gambling is becoming a problem may request immediate self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Section 8
Intellectual Property
All content on jitawen — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, branding, text, graphics, icons, interface layouts, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and underlying software architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of jitawen or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from jitawen without express written permission.
- Frame, mirror, or embed jitawen content or pages on any third-party website or application.
- Use jitawen branding, logos, or trademarks in any marketing, social media, or promotional context without prior written authorisation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the jitawen platform.
Game content (including slot games, live casino streams, and sports data) displayed on jitawen is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective content. Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.
Content Ownership
The jitawen name, logo, and platform design are proprietary assets. Game content displayed on the Platform is owned by its respective provider studios and licensed for distribution via jitawen. Unauthorised use of any Platform asset is prohibited.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitawen and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes — all wagers placed on jitawen are at the player's own risk.
- Temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
- Data loss or corruption caused by events outside jitawen's reasonable control.
- Errors in third-party game software or live data feeds that result in incorrect odds, game states, or payout calculations — such errors are the responsibility of the relevant game provider.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, issuing banks, etc.).
- Any action taken by jitawen in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or bonus voiding.
In the event of a technical error during gameplay that results in an incorrect bet settlement, jitawen reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's account. Where an error has resulted in an overpayment of winnings, jitawen reserves the right to recover the overpaid amount from the player's balance or from future winnings.
jitawen makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice if required to protect platform integrity or player data security.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

Amendments to These Terms
jitawen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in Platform functionality or product offerings, changes in payment provider arrangements, or updates to responsible gaming standards and policies.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — jitawen will provide at least 7 days' notice via the Platform's in-account notification system and/or by email to your registered address before the amended Terms take effect. Minor amendments (such as grammatical corrections, clarifications that do not change substantive meaning, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible at /terms-conditions on jitawen. The "last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date the current version came into force. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 7.
Your continued use of jitawen after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage all registered players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current agreement.
